Your items will be sorted by lights and darks OR by person.
NOTE: Please check your pockets for pens, gum, chapstick, paper, etc. prior to pickup. We try our best to check for left items but mistakes happen.
Laundry is laundered using cold water, dried on medium and neatly folded and packaged, unless otherwise stated.

4. Drop Off

I will drop off your freshly laundered clothes at your home.
You will receive a text when your clothes are done, en route and after they have been dropped off.

Terms & Reminders

Please check and remove all items from pockets before pickup — we double-check, but mistakes can happen.
We’ll do our best to treat stains, but results aren’t guaranteed.
Note any delicate or special-care items so we can handle them properly.
Each client’s laundry is washed separately, and the washer runs a clean cycle after every order.
MVP Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage from items left in pockets, normal wear, or manufacturer defects.
Express Wash is limited to 20 lbs to ensure timely turnaround. Large or bulky items should be scheduled under regular service.
All laundry is handled with care, but we are not liable for shrinkage, color fading, or manufacturer defects.
Pickup and delivery times are estimates; while we do our best to stick to your requested times, slight adjustments may occur.
Prices are based on weight or item pricing; extra heavily soiled or specialty items may incur additional charges.
