MVP Cleaning LLC – Terms of Service

Introduction

By scheduling a one-time or recurring service with MVP Cleaning LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

We love our work and happily do just about any kind of cleaning to help our customers. On the other hand, to maintain a high standard of quality, there are some limitations on what we can do.

Definitions

- “The Company” & “MVP Cleaning LLC” – means MVP Cleaning LLC
- “Cleaner” – means the person or firm carrying out cleaning services on behalf of the Company
- “Client” – means the person, firm or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated company as defined by the Companies Act 1985 to whom the cleaning services are supplied by the Company
- “Service” – means the cleaning services carried out on behalf of the Company

General Policies

- MVP Cleaning LLC reserves the right to cancel any service for any reason. Racism, sexism, or disrespect towards our staff will result in immediate and permanent termination of service.

- Health and safety are our top priority. Cleaners will not:
  - Climb heights beyond a 3-step ladder
  - Move or lift heavy furniture (requiring more than one person)
  - Clean biohazardous substances (animal/human waste)
  - Clean areas with insect infestations or mold
  - Perform any tasks that pose health or safety risks

- We do not assume liability for the health/safety of your pets. You are responsible for ensuring their wellbeing during the service.

Trash Disposal

All collected trash must be placed in the homeowner’s garbage bin. MVP Cleaning LLC cannot haul trash away.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work. If you are not fully satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area. We will continue to work with you until the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. No refunds or discounts will be issued in lieu of a redo.

Booking & Billing

- A $50–$100 non-refundable deposit is required for new or as-needed cleanings.
- We accept Credit Cards, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash.
- Payment is due immediately after service.
- A $10 late fee will apply every 3 days payment is delayed.
- Customers are responsible for all costs related to collections and late fees.
- Rates may change depending on the condition of your home or requested add-ons.

 
Access Requirements

- Provide a unique door or lockbox code.
- Turn off alarm systems. If left on, we are not responsible for false alarms or associated fees.
- Allow full access to the home. Special requests to clean in a specific order must be arranged in advance.
- Ensure your home is picked up and ready for cleaning. Excessive clutter or underestimated jobs may result in additional hourly charges.

Biohazards

We do not clean:
- Animal cages/litter boxes
- Feces, urine, vomit, blood
- Soiled clothing
- Syringes must be safely disposed of in proper containers

​

Cleaning Conditions

If we are unable to clean the entire space due to its condition, you are still responsible for the full cleaning cost.

Damage & Liability

MVP Cleaning LLC is insured for damage caused by our cleaners. We are not liable for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improperly installed items
- Undisclosed valuables over $200
- Artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms not disclosed in advance
- Faulty surfaces or specialty items

Notify us within 24 hours of any damage or concern.
We do not use bleach. If bleach or bleach-containing products are requested, MVP Cleaning LLC is not responsible for any resulting damage.

Utilities

We require electricity and water to clean. If utilities are off, we will gladly reschedule.

​

Hoarding / Extremely Dirty Conditions

In severely cluttered or unsanitary homes, we may only be able to restore the space to a livable condition. Results may differ from a standard cleaning. We may take before-and-after photos for internal training or marketing (without any identifiable information).

Cancellation & Lockout Fees

- A 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee applies if changes are made less than 48 hours before the appointment. This may be waived at our discretion.
- Lockout Policy: If our staff is locked out or sent away, the first time will be excused. Any future lockouts will result in a $60 fee.

Photography & Documentation

We take before-and-after photos for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. We avoid photographing personal or sensitive items. If you prefer not to have photos used for marketing, just let us know.

Special Surface Limitations

Unless notified otherwise, MVP Cleaning LLC assumes all surfaces are properly sealed and safe for standard cleaning. We are not responsible for damage to unsealed or specialty surfaces if not informed in advance.

Showers & Tubs

Soap scum, lime, and calcium deposits may take multiple visits to remove. Deep cleaning is recommended for heavy build-up. Mold/mildew embedded in grout or caulking may require professional re-caulking or re-grouting.

​

Items We May Not Fully Dust

- Knick-knacks and collectibles will be dusted based on space and quantity
- Cluttered surfaces may not be thoroughly cleaned
- High areas that cannot be reached safely will be skipped

​

No Solicitation Clause

You agree not to solicit or hire MVP Cleaning LLC cleaners directly. If you wish to do so, contact Miranda. Violating this policy will result in a $5,000 referral/training fee per hired cleaner.

​

Legal Liability Waiver

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MVP Cleaning LLC and all affiliated personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
- Use of cleaning services
- Alleged or actual property damage during service

Disclaimer of Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MVP Cleaning LLC provides all services “as is” and “as available”
- No guarantees or warranties (express or implied) are made
- We do not warrant that services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or error-free
